**The Company**
Our client is a reputable Accounting practice located in Essendon. They are a supportive firm who value their employees and flexibility.

**The Opportunity**
Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a Practice Administrator with a professional services background to look after the day to day running of the office.

**Your duties may include**:

- Assisting day to day operations of the office
- Diary management for both partners and administration
- Workflow management for the Accounting Team
- Client Liaison
- Administration and Office Support
- Maintaining the facilities of the office
- Collation/ General Administration
- Typing of correspondence
- Management of online bookings system

**About You**:

- **Previous experience working in an Accounting practice would be advantageous**:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
