We have a unique opportunity to welcome a Physiotherapist into our practice working alongside our industry leading experts across our musculoskeletal, pre and post-surgical, sporting, and vestibular care streams. We encourage graduates and early career physiotherapists (with 1-2 years of experience) to apply.

- Access to our Graduate Plus+ program - a well-established, structured learning and mentorship program designed to grow and support your first few years of clinical practice
- Individual, tailored support by our clinical education and support team inclusive of, (but not limited to) dual consultations, case conferencing, 1:1 tutorials, musculoskeletal assessment, exercise prescription training and personal development sessions with the addition of an external professional development allowance.
Our health professionals will tell you firsthand, this level of teaching, training and mentorship offered in our program is not offered anywhere else across Australia.

Are you the health professional we are looking for to join the team?
As a team member, you will:
- Be part of a group who are committed to providing world class clinical services to achieve 'better than best' outcomes for our clients with acute, chronic, and complex health conditions
- Attend regular structured clinical coaching, mentoring, group and individual professional development and case conferencing
- Look forward to coming to work to practice within a multi-disciplinary team everyday supported by our Allied Health and Practice Directors
- Be supported by a full-time client experience team to look after the little things like returning messages, authorising and sending clinical correspondence, diary management and treatment requests so that you can focus your time on the important things
- Be provided with around the clock access to an online learning portal for training resources as well as ongoing professional development
- Have your own modern private treatment room (absolutely no curtains) with access to a rehabilitation gym with a relaxed, community feel

- Be individually supported with a comprehensive induction and training program focusing on personal and professional development
Plus, your training and development blueprint will be mapped from the outset, so there's no second guessing if or when your next PD session will be.
About You
You are seeking a clinical role where you can apply a strong skill set and knowledge base to a practice that will recognise, value and help grow your career and professional development in a supportive team environment. You are passionate about interdisciplinary care, attention to detail and just simply love helping people. You also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse caseload and are driven to achieve great results.
What it Looks Like
- Enjoy the certainty of a permanent salaried position with leave entitlements plus superannuation, in addition to an external professional development allowance available. Progression from part time to full will be considered for the right applicant.
- Access to observe orthopaedic surgeries with our preferred network of surgeons as well as in room consultations with our extended health professional network
- A graduated client load with unprecedented support
- Working alongside some of Melbourne's most recognised Physiotherapists for musculoskeletal, sporting and vestibular assessment and Exercise Physiologists for complex and persistent pain, neurological, musculoskeletal and metabolic conditions
