Kronos Admin - Permanent Role - $120k+super + NFP salary packaging - Sydney CBD

**Your new company**
This NFP organisation are currently seeking a Kronos Administrator to join their small team of 5. This is a permanent position paying $120k+super and located in Sydney CBD near Townhall. WFH options will be available once settled into the role. In your new role you will be working a 35hr week (7hrs per day). They work with Chris21 and Workday and are at the beginning of rolling out Kronos Workforce Dimensions to selected sites, included biometric clocks and mobile apps.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be able to provide BAU Kronos systems support including annual upgrades, testing, design, and configuration of Kronos. You will have a strong background within Kronos support and ideally will have worked on complex systems projects implementing Kronos Workforce Central or Kronos Workforce Dimensions. You will have experience with design/set up pay rules in the system from Enterprise Agreement/ Awards. The team currently use Chris21 and workday which they will upskill you on if you do not have this experience. You will have fantastic communication and organisation skills and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong Kronos systems background.
- Experience with WFD (Workforce dimensions) or WFC (workforce central).
- Experience in design, configuration and testing of Kronos.
- Experience designing, simplifying, and streamlining time and attendance processes to improve employee experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally but no essential have experience with Chris21 and Workday
- Strong work ethic
- Have PR or be an Australian Citizen
