EFM Health Club at Westmead is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable **Casual Fitness Coach** to join our friendly team. If you’re passionate about fitness, love working with people, and want to be part of a positive and community-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a coach, you’ll lead and supervise small group training sessions using our daily training programs. You’ll build real connections with members and guide them to achieve their health and fitness goals. It’s a fun, flexible role where no two days are ever the same - and the members will genuinely brighten your day.

**What We’re Looking For**

A Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Registration with AUSactive (formerly Fitness Australia)
A vibrant, approachable personality and a passion for helping others
Confidence leading small group training sessions and providing exercise guidance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 13 per week
