**Join City of Moreton Bay in this key leadership role within our newly established Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), and help deliver projects that shape and enhance our communities - today and into the future.**
This is an exciting time to come on board With our new General Manager now in place, we’re looking for **five new team members** to help design and implement a high-quality, fit-for-purpose ePMO function here at Australia’s third-largest council.
**Reporting to the ePMO Implementation Manager**, you'll be responsible for coordinating risk management across Council’s project and program portfolio.
This is a key role for the team as we look to you to support the** identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring of delivery risks**, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks. We'll also look to you for **specialist advice** to our project teams, enabling proactive risk management and informed decision making.
We'll also look to you to:
- Proactively monitor emerging risks, trends and systemic issues across projects, escalating risks through appropriate channels, and supporting resolution as required.
- Design and facilitate risk workshops and assurance reviews to build enterprise-wide capability and foster a culture of risk-informed decision making.
- Partner with project stakeholders to ensure actions are appropriate, implemented and effectively monitored for the duration of projects.
- Support the integration of risk information into planning, reporting and scheduling processes.
- Deliver accurate and timely risk management reporting including visualised data, trend analysis and commentary to internal stakeholders.

**About you**
You will be highly proficient in **critically assessing and analysing risk data**, and translating insights into clear, actionable information for a diverse range of stakeholders.
As a natural communicator, you’ll be confident in** influencing and engaging** with a wide variety of project teams across the organisation - building relationships, providing advice, and **facilitating fit-for-purpose training workshops**.
