- 5 weeks annual leave (+ additional annual closedown leave)
- Full Time Contract - 12 months with potential for extension
- 38 hour week
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
- Location: Strathpine, with free on site parking and located right next to the train station to make for an easy commute.

**Join City of Moreton Bay in this key leadership role within our newly established Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), and help deliver projects that shape and enhance our communities - today and into the future.**

This is an exciting time to come on board With our new General Manager now in place, we’re looking for **five new team members** to help design and implement a high-quality, fit-for-purpose ePMO function at Australia’s third-largest council.

**Reporting directly to the General Manager**, you’ll play a pivotal role in rolling out services across the organisation throughout FY25-26.

Using an agile approach, you’ll respond to our diverse organisation’s needs and change appetite, while aligning with the best practice aspirations of the ePMO.

Leading a **multi-disciplinary team** of PMO staff and supporting roles such as change management, you’ll oversee the integration of services into business-as-usual operations. This includes scheduling, cost and risk management, performance monitoring and prioritisation.
