**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We’re on the lookout for energetic and customer-focused **Gaming Attendants** to join our team at Brooks in Jordan Springs.

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience for all guests. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values great service and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Performing light maintenance and basic servicing of poker machines
- Accurately handling cash and processing transactions
- Assisting guests with inquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
- Keeping the gaming area clean, safe, and inviting

**ABOUT YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Must have a current RSA certificate
- RCG certification (ARCG highly regarded) for gaming-related roles
- Strong communication skills & team player
- Availability to work nights, weekends and Public Holidays
- Previous hospitality or gaming experience is preferred
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
