**Your new company**
Established nationally, our client has been in business for more than 10 years is one of the largest private providers within the public sector. As they have made significant difference within this space and with continuous growth has now led to an opportunity for a Head of Finance to join their team South East of Adelaide.

**Your new role**
- Responsible for overseeing the company’s major financial activities.
- Produce monthly accounts in conjunction with the CFO.
- Oversee the production of results and budgets on a monthly basis.
- Ensure effective integration of all information and management systems.
- Provide management information for benchmarking analysis.
- Assist the General Manager & CFO with information and initiatives to support contract variation and revenue adjustments.
- Manage cash flow requirements of operations
- Manage legal issues arising from the operations, with the support of the CFO.
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate Government officials
- Manage State supplier contracts.
- Ensure the operating companies conform to all statutory and legal obligations under the relevant legislation concerning corporate activities.
- Maintain corporate reports prescribed by Government authorities.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- CA or CPA qualification
- 5+ years years relevant experience
- Commitment to customer service and employer consultation.
- High degree of financial analysis skills are essential.
- High level skills and expertise in successfully managing an organisation to achieve set goals and outcomes through improving its service, quality and customer focus.
- High level of skills and expertise in development and continually improving the organisation’s strategic relationship with its customers, Government, community and private organisations
