The Department of Treasury and Finance is the lead agency for economic, digital and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role in providing financial services to the community and economic and fiscal policy advice as well as digital services to the Government of South Australia.

The Government’s main financial management system (FMS) Masterpiece, used by the majority of SA Government Agencies (excluding SA Health), was implemented 30 years ago and is reaching the end of its useful life. The Finance Reform Program (FRP) is leading a significant program for State Government to implement the Oracle Fusion (Cloud) FMS, a new best-of-breed MuleSoft Integration Platform (iPaaS) and best practice processes to deliver a great outcome to the State. The program will fundamentally change the way finance activities are performed across all in-scope Agencies and impact a broad range of stakeholders, including financial, ICT and operational teams.

The Integration Analyst and Tester will be responsible for designing system integration and data migration plans for the Finance Reform Program and will also play a key role in system testing and deployment activities within the Oracle FMS, including designing, developing and documenting solutions. The successful applicant will have experience in integrations, analysis, data extraction, conversion and migration in a finance environment. Experience with integration development in MuleSoft will be highly desirable and Oracle Fusion ERP and OIC (Oracle Integrations Cloud) will be desirable.

**Key elements of the Integration Analyst and Tester role include but are not limited to**:

- Coordinating and undertaking a range of complex integration and data migration functions from the legacy systems to the new systems.
- Designing, developing and documenting solutions, including undertaking engagement, testing and readiness activities with client agencies and vendors.
- Creating plans and tools for the management of historic data, including the integrations in and out of the new financial management system.
- Coordinating and completing documentation and testing of required changes to interfaces and data migration tasks from and to the new finance management system.
- Coordinating and undertaking comprehensive unit, system and integration testing to ensure that documented functional and technical requirements have been delivered.

**Special Conditions**:
Full Time, 12 month position initially.

Some out of hours work may be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The incumbent may be required to be assigned to another position at the same classification level across the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). The incumbent will be required to participate in DTF’s Performance Management Program.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a satisfactory SAPOL Clearance or General Employment Probity Check as directed by Shared Services SA.

Shared Services will initiate appropriate background screenings for successful applicants at Shared Services SA’s expense. Applicants should not initiate their own screening checks or clearances and doing so will not entitle the applicant to reimbursement from Shared Services SA of costs incurred.
