**The role**

We are looking for a casual paralegal to join our New Energy practice group in Sydney. As a casual paralegal in the team, you can expect to assist with research, drafting memos, advices and thought leadership and conducting due diligence and first reviews of agreements.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who:

- has an interest in renewable energy, sustainability and the energy transition;
- who is either studying (final or second last year of university) or has completed their law degree;
- is available to work at least two days per week;
- has good academic credentials;
- wants a supportive, high performing team culture;
- values being part of a team, takes initiative, accepts responsibility for solving problems and delivering outcomes;
- is a curious, life-long learner who is open to change, trying new things and wants to develop, not just as a professional, but as a person; and
- is comfortable in ambiguous situations, who is happy to explore new ideas and figure out a way through.
