The purpose of your role as the Relationship Manager, (Small to Medium Enterprise) SME is to ensure client retention and growth of the Interleasing portfolio by establishing strong relationships with your clients and forming long term strategic alliances. The aim is to be regarded as a trusted business partner.
Our clients (which will be your portfolio) are organisations across many industries and range in entity types for which we provide finance and fleet management services..
**The role**:
Achieve client retention, portfolio profitability, reactivate dormant client relationships, cross sell a range of company products and up-sell our services. The Relationship Manager is also an important source of market information/education for our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and value-adding advice; proactively manage client requirement to ensure high retention rate.
- Proactively monitor client relationships to ensure services comply with company standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular fleet reviews as required with focus on value-add and proactive fleet management.
- Pro-actively manage contract renewals toward expiry dates and update the Miles system to reflect the correct end of lease intention.
- Pro-actively manage Certificates of Insurance and Account Reviews for Interleasing clients
- Respond promptly and professionally on a daily basis, to requests from customers on all administrative tasks
- Proactively seek opportunities to up-sell additional Interleasing services to clients to increase portfolio profitability and generate revenue
- Proactively consult with clients to understand replacement requirements to ensure Interleasing secures a greater percentage of replacements.
- Monitor quote to order ratio, renewal rate and fleet growth achieved.
- Manage lease expiry on all units, both funded and managed and update the Miles system to reflect the correct registration status.
You will bring:
- Experience in a sales
- Understanding of strategic sales and portfolio management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledge of CRM Systems
