About the Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge? Our Wagerup Refinery Central Maintenance team are in search of two new Major Overhaul (MOH) Coordinators, to act as a conduit in the success of work execution at our location. You are responsible for contributing to our 16-week planning processes to ensure safe, timely, and successful execution of critical vessel overhaul.

One of the important goals of the MOH Coordinator is upholding Alcoa's high standards in safety, and maintenance practices whilst engaging diverse teams to achieve their objectives aligned to the business plan. Additionally, we ask you to take ownership and accountability of:
- Collaborating closely with the Process Maintenance Coordinators to assist in the long-term scheduling and resource levelling of critical vessel overhaul.- Forecasting changes to the execution plan, yet resolving resource constraints to contractors, taggers and Central Planned teams,- Engaging with OC Engineers to devise and agree upon the best methodology for repair scopes.- Leading the mechanical trades and trades assistants in safe and efficient execution of work

- A strong project management knowledge as well as mechanical knowledge of fitting and welding practices-
- Validated use of initiative and self-motivation to excel in working with mínimal direction- Natural leadership, interpersonal skills and dedication to meet challenges involved with diverse work groups- An eye for continuous improvement to contribute to developing and implementing strategies across our workgroups.
