We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the Warrnambool and surrounding areas.

The Territory Manager reports to the Zone Manager, and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

**As the Territory **Manager, your**_ responsibilities _**will include:

- Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contribute effectively as a member of the VIC field team
- Effective management of your merchandiser budget
- Liaising with Key decision makers in store

- FMCG experience is essential
- You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation
- Microsoft Excel or SAP experience is desirable
