About The Role

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for order management & relevant activities as well as logistics management including executing outbound deliveries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist procurement specialist with order management of 3rd party chemical products and consumable/reagents /equipment.
- Maintain 3PL Workflows and Process documentation
- Execute outbound deliveries coordinating with OTC & 3PLs.
- Invoice processing via VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) system.
- Create and manage vendors in SAP system.
- Goods receipt the POs.
- Other ad hoc duties

About you:

- High Safety, Health and Environment as well as Quality standards.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement &/or Logistics role
- Strong work and customer focus ethic
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills.
- Experience using SAP.
- Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment, working independently as well as working on a team
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - advantageous
