We manufacture, source, and distribute an extensive range of pipeline products across all aspects of the water and gas industries within Australia.

**About the Role**

Iplex is putting together a
**Customer Care & Claims team **based in
**Strathpine** for a Project we are currently running, and we are looking for a dynamic and empathetic
**Manager** to lead our small team for a
**18-month contract**. You will have exceptional knowledge of managing customer claims and end-to-end warranty claims. In this role, you will have excellent attention to detail as you asses each claim ensuring it meets minimum requirements and validity. As the Manager, you will be required to support your team in handling claims, and decisions, and how to give feedback to our customers.

This role will give you exposure to our Projects Team and potentially can open up opportunities after this 18-month contract is finished. We are looking for someone who can create an inviting, successful, and engaged team to ensure your team and customers are looked after and representing our Iplex Values along the way

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in Insurance, Claims Management, or Customer Service
- Passionate about Leading teams
- End-to-End claim management & customer resolution management
- Strong ability to develop and mentor people
- Understanding of the building products, trade, or plumbing sector
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints
- You are confident in negotiation and communication
- Skills in Microsoft Suite - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems
- Ability to coach and mentor your team on difficult claims
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Skills in reporting and analysing data
