**About the Role**

**Iplex** has an exciting
_18-month maximum term contract for_ a
** Customer Care & Claims Coordinator** to join our team based at our
**Strathpine** Site. This role has been created to support a major project that has started. You will have exceptional knowledge of managing customer queries & concerns as well as end-to-end warranty claims. In this role, you will have excellent attention to detail as you asses each claim ensuring it meets minimum requirements and validity.

As you are going to be an expert in customer service, claims management, or insurance you will also come with excellent key stakeholder and client relationships capabilities. You will have patience and be able to handle tough conversations always aiming to create a solution that best represents our brand.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in Insurance, Claims Management, or Customer Service
- End-to-End claim management & customer resolution management
- Understanding of the building products, trade, or plumbing sector
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints
- You are confident in negotiation and communication
- Skills in Microsoft Suite - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems
- Experience in adapting to a rapidly changing work environment
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bright and confident personality that can show empathy
- You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
