We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver comprehensive recruitment services across our national operations. This pivotal role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and implement effective strategies to attract high-quality talent.

**About the role**

Key responsibilities include:

- Building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Designing tailored recruitment strategies
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Using proactive sourcing techniques
- Promoting the organisation's employer brand
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Identifying and recommending process improvements
- Maintaining accurate records in the ATS
- Ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
- Monitoring labour market trends

**About You**
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Hold a current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence, WWC and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
