Principal Scheduler

The Principal Scheduler is a key technical role within VHBA's Project Management Office (PMO) and will have overall responsibility for planning, development, implementation, continuous improvement, project scheduling and control practices and reporting functions & processes across VHBA's project portfolio.
Playing a leading role in the creation and maintenance of VHBA's scheduling and reporting processes, the Principal Scheduler will leverage business intelligence and project insights to support evidence-based decision-making within the business. The role will interface directly with VHBA's Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and help shape and deliver VHBA's portfolio strategy through the effective management of the PMO and its functions.
The role is accountable for the successful development, delivery and maintenance of schedule/program required for VHBA's capital projects and reporting.

- Driven, agile and diligent with high-level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities?
- Able to provide authoritative, strategic advice to senior stakeholders in government at an executive and Ministerial level?
