**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Your responsibilities:

- Drive and deliver business systems improvements across the business
- Manage and maintain a pipeline for IT Development workload & projects
- Own and maintain the ERP and vendor relationship management for the ERP
- Collaborate with business departments to understand business requirements
- Provide guidance and training to Business Systems team members

Requirements for success:

- Experience in a similar position working with business systems and process improvements
- Experience leading and managing a team
- A solid ability to engage the business to develop their needs and requirements to solutions that align with company strategy and capability
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with wider business
