About the Role

What you'll do

Provide support for the development, improvement, consolidation, and production of documentation as part of the simplified Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Management System

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Metcash SHE Training Needs Analysis

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of a SHE audit program & tools

Provide support and input into development of annual SHE Management System Reviews

Support development and contribute to content creation for SHE Communications including monthly SHE themes for Toolbox Talks, Our Local posts, TV screens and SHE Newsletters

What you'll bring

Proven experience in document preparation, document control and training program preparation

Solutions provider and innovative thinker

Positive team player who builds strong relationships with stakeholders

Robust organizational skills coupled with a keen eye for detail

High proficiency of system skills as well as knowledge across the Microsoft Suite of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Qualifications in SHE or related discipline, Training and Assessment Qualification’s desirable
