What You'll Be Working On
As our IT Service Desk Analyst,
- Responsible for quick resolution of all IT support issues and requests.
- Log and track all support issues and requests in our ticketing tool, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Respond to customer queries in line with defined SLAs, maintaining our high standards of service.
- Provide after-hours support on a monthly rotation, ensuring our systems are always covered.
- Satisfactory resolution of calls logged with the IT Service Desk.
What Type of Person Will Succeed
- Has at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
- Intermediate Office 365 experience to support our core productivity tools.
- Experience supporting remote workers.
- A heavy focus on customer service and a drive for continuous service improvement.
- Infinity RMS experience is a plus, but not essential - we're happy to train the right person.
