If you have a license but no experience, we will teach you the Specialised skills of a removalist. In the future you will drive one of our trucks and lead a team of removalists on your own.

About The Role

As a member of our team, we are looking for an outgoing and customer focused Driver/Removalist to take on a varied role that requires you to be out and about in a different location each day, largely working unsupervised, where no two days are the same. Some days in a ute, some days in a truck, some days just deliveries, some days it may be house or commercial relocations.

The duties will include:

  • Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Read and complete paperwork required, using Whats App
  • Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery

Helping maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment and storage rooms.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A heavy goods driving license – MR minimum
  • A friendly, helpful, honest, and customer first focused can-do attitude
  • Be eager to learn, proactive and embrace change with a high level of professionalism
  • Be reliable, hard-working and there for your team mates
  • Care about your personal appearance and have a helpful friendly manner

· Be physically fit; lifting and physical exertion is part of the role

  • Be proud to wear your provided uniform

What we need from you

Minimum Car Driver's License - Not required for offsider roles

Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not essential

Good verbal communication skills

Positive can do attitude

Desire to learn and meet challenges

Successful applicants may be required to undergo a police check

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
