**Position description**:
We seek an enthusiastic Customer Services Operator to join our vibrant Results department in Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Answering high volume inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors’ rooms
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast paced health environment
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
- Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required.

We are proud to say we have a learning and supportive environment, and full training will be provided. We are looking for the following:

- Open to working part time or full time hours.
- Shifts will include afternoon/evening shifts up until midnight during the week and the successful applicant must be available to work regular overnight weekend shifts (22:00 - 7:00) with the option of covering overnight weekday shifts for relief when needed.

- Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
