We are looking for a **WMS Applications Specialist** to join our Supply Chain Applications Team

You’ll play a true end-to-end role in supporting the enhancement of our Warehouse Management System functionality, owning the program of work from identifying improvement opportunities all the way through to designing, configuring and implementing solutions

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Development and delivery of a functional platform roadmap, as well as the functional methodologies that will evolve over time
- Supporting business stakeholders in translating their business objective into functional needs and assisting them to establish concrete enhancement requests
- Develop a change management framework including communication, training, and post implementation support.
- Contribute to defining the overall platform architecture and integration for future state WMS, as well as functional methodologies that will evolve over time.
- Design solutions for new functionality, in accordance with overall architectural guidelines.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor partners, to ensure the right solution is implemented in the right way.
- Participate, communicate, and evolve processes that minimise risk and assist in improving governance as well as compliance in accordance with SOX and ITGC practices

**Key skills & experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting, designing, configuration and enhancement of aforementioned warehouse management systems as well as Oracle, JDA Software
- Willingness to upskill on other warehouse management systems - backed up with proven and demonstrated experience.
- Experience and detailed working knowledge of warehouse practices and processes, as well as solutions to support warehouse operations: for example: RF, voice, automation, robotics
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and software development life-cycle coordination
- Experience in developing, administering, contributing, and evolving functional consulting practices within an organisation
