**Location**: Melbourne, VIC
**Position**: Casual Security Officers for Major Events

The Security Hub (Lic. #922-934-60S) is actively recruiting professional Casual Security Officers to join our Major Events Team. We are seeking individuals with exceptional customer service skills to work at a variety of events starting in November 2025 and on an ongoing basis. The role involves ensuring safety and providing a high level of service at both events and regular client sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality customer service with a practical and professional approach to problem-solving.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Foster positive working relationships with employees, clients, and the public.
- Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and the community during events.
- Perform all security duties in compliance with company policies and established procedures.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Current Victorian Security License.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Ability to work a rotating roster (desirable).
- Valid Driver’s License (beneficial but not essential).
- Traffic Management experience (beneficial but not essential).

**Attributes for Success**:

- Approachable, professional, and reliable.
- Strong literacy and communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in the security industry, preferably in event or crowd control environments.
- Ability to remain calm, confident, and courteous under pressure.

**Additional Information**:

- Casual employment with applicable award rates.
