Are you a highly motivated and responsible individual with a passion for security and safety?

We are seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to join our team for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles across varioussites in Victoria.

You will be the first line of defence, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. This dynamic role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, even in fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence at assigned sites
  • Monitor and control access points, ensuring compliance with site procedures
  • Conduct regular patrols and safety inspections
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies
  • write detailed incident and activity reports
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure

Role Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Current Victorian Security License (Mandatory)
  • Clear demonstration of an active Australian Work Authorisation
  • Current valid Driver's License
  • Current First Aid Qualification
  • Proven ability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, and weekends, as our operations are 7 days a week.
  • Physical fitness required to perform patrolling, standing for long periods, and emergency response duties.

  • Teamwork: Able to work autonomously while also being a cohesive and supportive member of the security team.
