**The Role**
This role is responsible for being a leader in the Australia market place (Spine, Orthopedics, and Neuromodulation) and to drive territory results. Responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships and implementing sales plans and effective marketing strategies to achieve territory sales growth and forecasts.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Effectively manage existing and new accounts through contract negotiation, Reactiv8 therapy presentation, attending product implantation and programing, communicate changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
- Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses to utilize product expansion (written, telephone and face-to-face).
- Perform field calls including operating/emergency room consultation, support and education for ReActiv8 surgical training.
- Organize and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
- Work effectively with Clinical Specialist Team to execute strategic sales, physician, and clinical training and educational programs.
- Role responsibilities include maintaining privacy and confidentiality of patient and company information, acting ethically and with integrity, and report non-compliance by adhering to applicable laws and regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Clinical aptitude in neuromodulation, spinal surgeries, and other orthopedic therapies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives, and implement sales plans that achieved high percentages of sales growth on a quarterly basis.
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience in in the Spine, Ortho or Neuromodulation medical device space.
- Must be comfortable in operating room environments
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
