**BARISTA (ALL ROUNDER)**

Cow and the Moon are looking for baristas to join our fun and energetic team down in Wollongong. Although we are a busy well known gelateria, we take lots of pride in our coffee too and spend a lot of time training up our baristas Our team are enthusiastic and keen hard workers and we would love someone to join our crew.

**The role**:

- Deliver strong and consistent coffee making skills
- Create and foster strong customer relationships
- Be a dynamic member of our FOH team - serving, sales and gelato scooping to the Cow and the Moon standard
- Liase with our Head of Coffee for quality control, problem solving and guidance

**About You**:

- 1 year experience in similar role
- Available 3 days per week MINIMUM (Full time/part time available)
- Full working rights
- Fun and energetic with experience in a fast paced environment

**Start date**: immediately

**Location**:101 Crown Street, Wollongong (Lang’s Corner)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.04 - $31.09 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WOLLONGONG, NSW 2500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
