Ariel’s Wollongong Station is looking for a motivated All Rounder to join our team. We need someone flexible who’s happy to work across both front of house and in the kitchen.

About the role:

- Provide support across customer service and kitchen as needed
- Assist the barista with making coffees
- Assist the chef with food preparation and orders
- Take and process customer orders
- Keep service running smoothly during busy periods
- Work closely with the team to ensure the best customer experience

What we’re after:

- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure
- Great communication skills
- Hospitality or cafe experience
- Must be comfortable working in both front and back of house

What you’ll get:
