**Your Opportunity**

As a Coordinator in the team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate daily F&B services for tea/coffee/breakfast/lunch/dinner and formal dining events in a timely, highly efficient and effective manner
- Coordinate with opening and closing shifts of the department and the whole operations on daily basis
- Complete room set up /pack down for all client meetings and drive productivity
- Assist in the effective department’s stock management
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirement

This is a permanent full time opportunity.

- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Workplace Hygiene (Food Handlers) - Statement of Attainment
- Hospitality Supervision Skills/Sommelier/Barista training or certificates highly desirable
- Experience providing fine dining/event services in the corporate or hospitality sector
- Exceptional customer service skills

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for applicants that have Tertiary qualifications in [list fields] or similar.
