**Your new role**
The primary responsibility for this role will be the first point of contact for advisors through phone or online/live-chat channels. The key focus here will be to provide exceptional customer service and excellence in the customer experience. Other responsibilities will include:

- Client account maintenances and updating of accounts
- Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers
- All associated compliance, legislation and administration

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally you will come from a background of managed funds, superannuation, wealth or financial services
- Previous experience working in contact centre environments that service high call and chat volumes is essential
- Desired would be a working knowledge of insurance products both inside and outside of superannuation
- The ability and drive to become an expert in wealth management, by being a self-starter, hard-worked and a passion for acquiring knowledge
- PR and Citizens only who can commit to a perm fulltime role in the Sydney CBD with hours rotating between 08:00-19:00
