This role is a maternity leave cover for 12 months with possibility of extension.

An opportunity presently exists for an experienced Customer Service Associate with some Pharma or Medical Device exposure, to join a Global business which specialises in the supply and shipment of cardiovascular products to clients across Australia & New Zealand.

This role is a maternity leave cover for 12 months with possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support to the customers, inventory team and couriers
- Manage travel of stock between hospitals, ensuring compliance with ERP system
- Process returns
- Respond to customer inquiries and process domestic and international orders
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Maintain customer database
- Support the field-based team in maintaining optimal inventory accuracy
- Perform additional ad hoc customer service-related activities as deemed necessary to support the business

You will need:

- Experience working in a regulated or medical customer service environment with an understanding of inventory management in a Medical Device setting (including consignment and loan stock)
- Proficiency in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, preferably JDE or SAP
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and process discipline under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Flexible, open-minded and solution-orientated collaborator with a "can do" attitude
- Detail oriented.
- Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); especially excel.

You will be in an office space with the Office Manager and three colleagues where you will work collaboratively alongside the sales reps that pop in and out of the business It's a bustling environment and you will be part of a massive global organization that is growing year on year

It's a bright and sunny space and the hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. After training period office days are MON/TUE/Wed and THUR /FRI WFH.
