**The Role**

At LBM Fleet, our team, customer referral network and industry-leading fleet management software have for years been at the heart of continuous strong organic growth. To build on this momentum, we’re expanding our support team to ensure our customers receive the best service they require.

Working in a hybrid, casual role around three days per week, we’re looking for a highly motivated individual who can navigate our customers’ needs and ensure our customers and team are supported.

We need someone who knows how to “get sh*t done” (that’s our motto), and have the ability to self-teach, can adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and have a passion to work for a company changing the game in fleet management.

**About you**:
You may or may not have had work experience, but you can demonstrate a track record of completing tasks and delivering outcomes. You know how to work as part of a team and want to be part of a company that genuinely cares and takes the approach to building capability and mentoring bright new minds. At the same time, you are also a self-starter and able to work autonomously on daily tasks allocated to you.

This role supports fully remote / work from home arrangements, however there is a preference to have you work on-site from our Milsons Point office approx. 1 day per week.

**You have the following qualities**:

- Professional, customer-service orientated phone manner and excellent written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion and savviness for technology/willingness to learn and get stuck into the platform and solutions we are building
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Excel and its basic functions (eg. formulas, pivot tables)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assisting with key team projects, including annual FBT driver submissions and client data clean-ups
- Providing feedback on the product and passing on customer suggestions to the product team
- Preparing hardware/devices for dispatch and delivery (from our office in Milsons Point)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
