**Your new role**
- Requirements’ elicitation and workshop facilitation experience.
- Proven experience working collaboratively across a team and with business users
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering experience based upon future state design principles
- 10+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst on large programs and /or projects with demonstrated experience in Business Process Management (BPM) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
- Working in agile project delivery environment including product backlog refinement

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated extensive experience working within a large ICT environment, of business analysis practice, leading to successful ICT improvement or transformation creating realised business value.
- Strong experience and up-to-date knowledge and experience creating Agile artefacts, particularly process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation and elicitation and documentation of requirements using a variety of specialised techniques.
