Our client, a leading enterprise undergoing a significant digital transformation, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a multi‑year program of work based in central Melbourne. This is a long‑term contract opportunity offering a hybrid work model and the chance to work on a complex, large‑scale transformation program of work.

About the Role

As Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in driving Agile delivery across a high‑impact transformation initiative. Working closely with Project Managers and Release Managers, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprints and releases, and ensure alignment with SAFe methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Support delivery teams in removing blockers and improving velocity.

- Collaborate with Project and Release Managers to coordinate delivery timelines and release cycles.

- Champion Agile and SAFe practices across cross‑functional teams.

- Guide teams through complex system implementations including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master on large‑scale transformation programs.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.

- Experience working on ERP, CRM, or other enterprise system implementations.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a central Melbourne base.
