Located one street back from Circular Quay, among the cobblestone laneways of The Rocks district in a heritage building dating back to 1926 you will find the delightful Sydney Harbour Hotel. Offering a relaxed restaurant, lobby bar and a location that offers a quintessential Sydney experience.

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute reports and analysis to relevant departments
- Manage room, package and equipment inventory balance and provide operational departments with reservation data
- Provide analysis on current reservation and occupancy patterns and assist in securing further business across all market segments including groups
- Ensure allocation of room inventory and all related resources
- Maximise inquiry conversion and develop processes and initiatives to boost sales of ancillary services
- Provide leadership, guidance and ongoing training as required

**Your experience**:

- Possess previous Hotel Reservations experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in using Opera Cloud or Opera V5
- High level of organisation, motivation, determination and commitment
- Strong analytical and numeric skills
- Strong knowledge of the distribution landscape, platforms and principles
- Sound leadership capability with ambition and strong team ethic
