Ongoing education and training is very important to the team here at Marketing Sweet, and this role is no exception. **THE POSITION** The successful applicant will be responsible for creative storytelling across videography, with a primary focus to inform, engage, and entertain different target audiences on a number of social media platforms. The opportunity for growth in this role and our company is endless. For the right applicant, it will lead to you becoming a key member of our marketing team responsible for our digital assets. **YOUR ROLE**: You will be responsible for: - Producing, editing & delivering engaging & dynamic videos in both short and long formats - Working with the Marketing Manager to capture the essence of Marketing Sweet to showcase to our current staff, future staff prospects, and amazing clients - Producing video content for a number of social media platforms including but no limited to YouTube & Facebook/ Instagram - Passionately story telling and being able to convey that message through video - Taking a project from an idea to a finalised video - Developing content plans for various social media platforms You must have: - An eagerness to learn - Superior communication skills - Fantastic editing skills to produce engaging content for a variety of viewers - Experience working Adobe Suite, Final Cut, or similar software’s - An exceptional eye for detail - The desire to work in a fast-paced environment - A continual desire to keep up to date with modern videography practices - Brilliant time management skills 1000 WORDS WITH THE DIRECTOR Not sure if this is still the right fit for you? **HOW TO APPLY?** To be considered for this role, the prerequisites are: Personalized cover letter (we don't want generic) detailing how you will bring our company to the next level. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Schedule: - 10 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - North Adelaide, SA 5006: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred)
