Must be computer literate in CRM, and Microsoft Office.

Core objectives include:

- Water testing and advice to clients for their pool management needs instore
- Sourcing parts and spares for clients
- Providing quotes for clients
- Follow up all sales opportunities for closure

Technical skills desired, but not essential;
- maintenance skills
- spare parts experience
- supplier knowledge
- industry knowledge

Start of Day/End of Day Processing

Design and execution of marketing/client communications activities for all LAM activities

Merchandising, product placement, and visual ‘drama’ for the best presentation of the retail store (including supplier liaison)

Sales budget KPI responsibility

Stock control and management for retail store

Monthly/EOFY stock take

Ordering store stock within the store budget

Commitment to acquiring ongoing technical knowledge

Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and organised including swap over of MOP each month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year (age and experience dependant)

- Preferred Tuesday - Saturday, to be negotiated (as some weekend shifts may be required with notice)

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
