**How will I help?**

We are a vibrant technology community building great customer experiences. We believe that developers are at their best when they can focus on quality, innovation & customer needs, not technical plumbing. We are creating The Westpac Mesh, a digital platform where developers have a great experience building great software.

Our team of elite engineers are embarking on migrating a large, mission-critical microservices platform to the cloud and creating a full-service mesh. As a true servant leader, you will enable your team to deliver working software to production, investigate new tools and capabilities to bring this platform to life and to help migrate our existing tenants to it.

Your key responsibilities include:

- First and foremost, enable your team to build a great Platform that developers love
- Improve build processes, tooling & libraries to delight a large community of developers.
- Facilitate communication within and across teams and ensure stakeholders are kept updated.
- Co-ordinate and manage platform releases to environments including production.
- Working closely with others to build a vibrant technical community.

**What do I need?**
- A certified scrum master with at least 5 years of experience.
- Ability to drive organisational change in an enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of agile and the path to production.
- Experience working with scaled agile, ideally using LeSS.
- Experience of rolling out platforms to production in a regulated environment is preferrable.
- Experience in at least one cloud, such as Azure or AWS is desirable.
- Ideally, you'll be part of the wider agile community through things like MeetUps.
