**About the Role**

We’re looking for experienced **Support Workers**to support clients in 24/7 care**in the Outer suburbs of Melbourne - from Clyde to Berwick.

You’ll support clients 1:1 who feel most comfortable with clear boundaries, structured routines, and clear communication. You’ll need to be assertive and calm under pressure, while also being encouraging and understanding. A strong listener who is able to prompt and promote independence and engagement, you’ll be a key part of helping them live an independent and fulfilling life.

**No two days are the same Your support might look like**:

- Supporting with personal care tasks like showering, toileting and dressing
- Assisting with manual handling and mobility needs, including safe transfers and use of equipment
- Getting out into the community to do activities the clients enjoy
- Helping prepare simple, nutritious meals
- Helping out with a few light cleaning jobs around the home when needed
- Assist with medication management

There are a range of available shifts - mornings, afternoons and overnight shifts.

**What You’ll Need**
- Must have Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) as a minimum
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
- First Aid and CPR
- Valid drivers licence and your own reliable, insured car
- Willingness to complete all client-specific training before you begin (we’ll guide you through it)
