**About the Role**

We are seeking **casual Support Workers** to join our growing team across **Pakenham, Clyde North, and Berwick**.

As a Support Worker with InLife, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred support that enables participants to live independently, engage with their community, and achieve their goals. You’ll provide both emotional and practical assistance, always upholding the values of dignity, respect, and empowerment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one and/or group support to NDIS participants in their homes and communities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation.
- Promote choice, independence, and wellbeing in every aspect of support.
- Build positive, professional relationships with participants and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community services, and clinical supports.
- Monitor and report on participant progress, goals, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry into client management systems.
- Uphold all organisational policies and the **NDIS Practice Standards**.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent** (or working towards).
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**.
- **National Police Check**.
- **Working with Children Check** (if applicable).
- Completion of the **NDIS Worker Orientation Module** and **Infection Prevention and Control training** (or willingness to complete).
