My Little Angels Early Learning has been around for 13 years now catering to children from 0 to 6 years of age. We are a small and aesthetic service with capacity of 30 children each day, operating from 730am - 6pm. Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor learning environments, rooms equipped with resources to foster wide variety of learning and development. We have professional, supportive and caring team and management to guide educators to grow within the industry.

**About the role**:
This is a teaching role with time off the floor provided for Assistant Director duties
- Support the centre director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Support the team in implementing a quality curriculum
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the centre director’s absence

**Essential Criteria**
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or an equivalent qualification (ACECQA recognised) with NESA Accreditation OR
- Diploma in ECEC working towards Bachelor of Early Childhood OR
- Diploma with
- Previous 2IC/ Assistant Director experience
- Current WWCC
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Full working rights in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34.00 - $44.00 per hour
