About the role
- Scoping requirements with stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities, and desired outcomes.
- Analysing and translating marketing requirements into campaign build specifications.
- Undertaking data extraction and preparation for pre-campaign analysis and design.
- Building and executing campaigns using SAS/Adobe Campaign.
- Developing analysis and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive business KPI and strategies.
- Proactively contributing to team productivity and process improvement initiatives.

About you
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and client focused approach in analytics and insights.
- Significant Campaign Management experience, ideally in the Financial Service or Insurance industries.
- Considerable experience in end-to-end campaign process; from pre-analysis, planning, development, execution and post analysis.
- Experience with Campaign Management Tool such as Adobe Campaign, Pega, Unica etc.
- Significant experience with SAS/SQL.
- Proven ability to develop metrics to provide insights on campaign performance.
- Proficient in skills such as data extraction, campaign design, execution and performance analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously as part of the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
