The Administrative Compliance Officer provides essential administrative support to ensure the organisation’s compliance with regulations and standards in the disability industry, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Practice Standards, Disability Discrimination Act, and other relevant legislation. This role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating compliance activities, assisting with audits, and supporting staff training to uphold quality service delivery and participant rights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain and organise compliance-related documentation, including audit reports, training records, incident reports, and policy documents, in accordance with regulatory requirements**.**:

- **Audit Support**:Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by compiling documentation and scheduling meetings.
- **Policy Administration**:Update and distribute compliance policies and procedures under the direction of the Service Optimisation Manager, ensuring accessibility for staff.
- **Training Coordination**:Schedule and organise training sessions for staff, track attendance, and maintain training records.
- **Incident Reporting**:Assist in documenting and tracking incidents, ensuring accurate and timely submission to regulatory bodies (e.g., NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission).
- **Data Management**:Input and manage compliance data in organisational systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws (e.g., Australian Privacy Principles).
- **Communication Support**:Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding compliance processes, redirecting complex issues to the Service Optimisation Manager.
- **Reporting**:Prepare routine compliance reports for management, including summaries of audit outcomes, training completion rates, and incident trends.
- **Regulatory Updates**:Monitor and disseminate updates on disability industry regulations and standards to relevant teams, as directed.
- **General Administration**:Provide clerical support for compliance activities, such as filing, correspondence, and meeting minutes**.**

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
