**About the role**:
This role helps secure and manage the land and property Unitywater needs to operate, while ensuring third parties use its sites appropriately. It involves handling land titles, advising on easements and acquisitions, and making sure everything complies with laws and policies.
From negotiating leases to supporting projects and resolving property issues, the role is hands-on and dynamic. It also helps shape land management strategies, works with legal and project teams, and ensures Unitywater’s property portfolio is used effectively and efficiently.

- Relevant qualifications or experience in property or paralegal roles.
- Proven experience in land acquisition within the Queensland government sector.
- Background in commercial property management and leasing, ideally with telecom exposure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of Queensland land titles practices.
- Skilled negotiator with a strong focus on governance and compliance.
