**The opportunity**

Would you like a fun, flexible and impactful fast-paced role with a great team supporting you? An opportunity has presented itself within the Kingswim Customer Care & Centre Support team, located within our Head Office in Mornington.

**About you**

You’re fun and energetic with outstanding customer service and communication skills and a genuine interest in helping our swimmers and their families. You also enjoy being part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to building a thriving community You will have excellent computer and data entry skills, and a willingness to learn our internal database and telephone system with guidance and training.

**Availability requirements**:
Our Customer Care & Centre Support team operates from 8am to 7pm weekdays, and 8am to 2pm weekends.
- You’ll be flexible to work a rotating roster with both mornings and afternoons/evenings during the week (some shifts ending at 7pm)
- You'll be available to work a rotational weekend roster
- Further details surrounding rostering and availability will be discussed with shortlisted applicants
