The role is based at KU Birnbial in Mannor Lakes and you will provide pivotal support to this services as well as KU Dianella. Both services are sessional kindergartens and the position is permanent, part time position working 7.5 hours per day, 4 days a week. There is also a possibility of the role to increase to 5 days.

**Do you**:

- Have prior experience working in administration
- Prior experience with Childcare Services
- Experience with Childcare Funding and Childcare Subsidies and Fee processing
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Want to be recognised for your contributions

**Of course, you will need**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
