Help us produce products meeting Earlee Products, safety, quality, productivity and MIFOT standards. **Day to Day responsibilities** - Communicate with Team Leader/Supervisor on production plan and targets daily. - Promote and demonstrate Earlee Products WH&S Policy, culture Policy, values, and mission. - Ensure all paperwork is completed daily as per requirements provided by Quality Assurance - Department & process control prior/during & completion of production. - Ensure GMP practices are at the highest quality prior/During/Completion of daily tasks & during operational runs as well Audit requirements. - Perform metal detector set as accordance to Compliance requirements. - Perform cleaning Requirements to room & machines at the completion of daily run or Quality Assurance requirements for Allergen controls. - Report to Team Leader when issue found. - Assisting with raw materials rotation. - Assisting with dispatch and down packing product as per requirements. - Assisting with in line staff training (buddies’ system). - Assisting with organise consumable storage - packaging /Ingredient requirements. - Assisting with organise chemicals room as required. - Flexibility may be required due to order requirements. - Overtime may be required to meet volume demands. **Skills and Experience** - Previous experience in a similar position - Strong attention to detail - Flexible work roster. - Good communication skills - Positive can do attitude We are seeking a team oriented, innovative, and naturally engaging person who shares the same cultural values as us.
