The Role:

We are looking for experienced and service oriented Business Services Accountants to join our Team on a full time or part time basis.

You will be someone who enjoys challenges and works to exceed client expectations.

The Role Involves:

  • High level accounting and tax knowledge advisory work.
  • Preparing client files for companies, trusts, partnerships, self managed superannuation funds and individuals.
  • Point of contact for our clients and partners on queries.
  • Attendance to taxation advice for clients, together with payroll assistance, regulatory matters and restructures.
  • Directly reporting to the partners.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:

  • 2+ years experience in Business Services Accounting in a Public Practice Firm.
  • Experience working in a role with competing priorities and demands.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with our clients, the partners and our Team in written and verbal form.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge and an awareness of relevant legislation to identify and resolve issues and provide recommendations to clients and the partners, including issues with regards to Division 7A, FBT, CGT, GST and income tax issues.
