Enlighten Talent Pty Ltd trading as Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture is an RTO and CRICOS based in the Sydney Central Business District. Our students are our principle focus on which we provide quality industry leading learning, training, assessment and work placement systems to ensure students are empowered to follow their career paths.

We have the opportunity for passionate trainers to join our team on a casual/part-time basis with the potential for ongoing full-time employment.

As a trainer/assessor, you will be responsible for training and assessing students enrolled in the relevant scope, as well as contributing to the improvement of training and assessment materials used within the facilities.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Prepare, plan and deliver training and assessment in ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services.
- Facilitate training for groups, individuals, or classes, catering to a range of learners.
- Maintain all student records and competencies, ensuring a high standard of student support in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective relationships with students.

**Essential criteria**
- Certificate III or above in Animal Care Services qualification
- Hold a TAE40116 or equivalent
- Current relevant experience in Animal Care Services
- At least one year of experience as a trainer/assessor in the VET sector (CRICOS)
- Experience with Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Mandarin speakers will be preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
